The 2025 NFL Draft has officially concluded.
While much of the attention surrounding the NFL Draft for the past several days lay around Colorado Buffaloes quarterback prospect Shedeur Sanders, another well-known name in the college football community made waves in Day 3.
Former Texas Longhorns quarterback Quinn Ewers was drafted with the No. 231 overall pick to the Miami Dolphins.
While Ewers was regarded as one of the most talented quarterback prospects heading into the draft, several players were chosen ahead of the Texas prospect.
Ewers had 13 quarterbacks selected ahead of him. The Longhorns star was the last quarterback drafted, which seemingly drew strong responses from his camp.
After the announcement in which the Dolphins selected Ewers, his girlfriend Madelyn Barnes reacted to the news.
"Miami baby," Barnes said. "Time to prove em all wrong."

Ewers and Barnes went public with their relationship in 2023, sharing a few social media posts on Instagram. Barnes attends Ewers' rival school, the University of Oklahoma.
The former Longhorns quarterback capped off his college career playing three seasons with the Texas Longhorns after transferring from Ohio State.
During his last season at Texas, Ewers led the Longhorns to the College Football Playoff, finishing the season with 31 touchdowns and 3,472 yards, completing 65.8 of pass attempts.
