The international football season comes to an end Saturday with the biggest game of the season, the UEFA Champions League Final between Paris Saint-Germain and Inter Milan.
PSG, which had four points after three matches in the League stage of the competition, squeaked into the knockout stage then got on a roll to make it to its second-ever finals (it lost to Liverpool in 2019-20).
If it wins as a slight favorite, it would be the first time someone from outside the big four leagues (the English Premier League, Spanish La Liga, German Bundesliga and Italian Serie A) won the title since Portugal's Porto won in 2003.
Inter won this competition in 2010 and were runners-up to Manchester City two years ago.
PSG and Inter play for the championship Saturday, May 31 at Munich's Allianz Arena. The game kicks off at 1 p.m. MT/2 p.m. CT, which is 9 p.m. in Munich, Germany.
The game will be on CBS and streamed on Paramount+.

Paris Saint-Germain: Gianluigi Donnarumma, Nuno Mendes, Willian Pacho, Marquinhos, Achraf Hakimi, Fabian Ruiz, Vitinha, Joao Neves, Ousmane Dembele, Deserie Doue, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia
Inter Milan: Yann Sommer, Yann Bisseck, Francesco Acerbi, Alessandro Bastoni, Denzel Dumfries, Nicolo Barella, Hakan Calhanoglu, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Federico Dimarco, Lautaro Martinez, Marcus Thuram
"Inter has had answers for everything in their path, and they'll make PSG's job quite hard, but the fact that PSG can take and hit shots from anywhere on the pitch is what will make the difference. It's impossible to defend every inch of the pitch and all it takes is one low percentage shot beating Sommer to open the entire game."
"Luis Enrique’s PSG side have been the surprise of the season so far in Europe, having shed their previous image of a superstar team with no work-rate and replaced it with discipline, flair and the tactical nous of the former Barcelona manager."
"As soon as Inter and PSG confirmed their spots in the final, I predicted a 2-1 win for Inter, and I am sticking with that. I believe PSG are the better team and more exciting to watch, but Inter are a tough, uncompromising side with a cutting edge up front, so I am backing their resolve over PSG's flair to seal the win."
"Many experts and oddsmakers are slightly favoring Paris Saint-Germain to win the Champions League. They are often seen as the more attacking and explosive side, and the desire to finally win the elusive Champions League trophy could be a powerful motivator.
"However, Inter Milan's resilience and ability to stifle opponents should not be underestimated. It wouldn't be a surprise to see this game go to extra time or even penalties.
"My projection is that Paris Saint-Germain will ultimately win the UEFA Champions League Final, likely in a close and hard-fought match."
In its first season after the departure of superstar Kylian Mbappé, PSG is on the verge of a treble, as it won both Ligue 1 and the Coupe de France. PSG started slow in the group stage, with a win, loss and tie in its first three matches, before getting on a roll and storming into the knockout stage.
It came from behind on the road to edge Liverpool on penalties in the round of 16, then edge Aston Villa and Arsenal to complete a march through England that led to Munich.
No, it it seeking its first European Championship. They lost in the finals to Liverpool in 2020.
Inter Milan was fourth coming out of the League stage, then topped through Feyenoord Rotterdam (Netherlands) and Bayern Munich to reach the semifinals. In that two-legged semifinal they upset Barcelona 7-6 on aggregate in an instant classic.
Marcus Thuram has been their leading scorer this year with 14 goals, while Lautaro Martínez has scored nine goals in this competition.
The last of Inter's three titles in the top European competition was in 2010 when it beat Bayern Munich to win the UEFA Champions League. It has been runner-up three times as well.
