not sure where the ends will shake out...

Tackle: bell would be ahead of dwyer. I think dwyer was actually cut last season and we put him on practice squad later...

If we assume bryant starts (I do)..I think he is teamed with tanner - but hard to tell. we need a big guy and a quicker guy..

Gilbert is one of our draft picks at LB..he will get a chance.

Stone..is this experiment over? I hope rhinehart is currently ahead of him on the depth chart... I know we have tried trading stone..and the coaches used him last season as a last resort due to injuries..he was inactive when other guys were healty..I assume rhinehart is ahead of him - we could have let rhinehard walk and we chose to keep him..

I'm pretty sure Marcus Bell is in front of Dwyer on the depth chart and that Rhinehart is in front of Stone.

And what about Gilbert at LB?

I think Haynes is at OLB and Darling is at MLB as of right now...

I hope Dwyer improves he has an amazingly wide and stocky body...

Walter:I think on the regular roster (at lb) either faulk, jones or young will stick and gilbert will go to the practice squad..if only because gilbert is a rookie and can be put on the practice squad..

I thought stone was moved to corner for good ...never sure about this...I think they will give harris a shot at safety over stone.

Of course...a player or two will probably be brought in after june 1 - and things will change some..

I really wanted to see nelson in action on saturday..but he was too far away on the other side of the field - and he did not get in the 7 on 7 drills at the start (he probably did later)..

I keep trying to find the next simeon rice (without the I hate the cardinals stuff!) type player...tall, long arms, fast..alton moore, pace and johnson all fit this bill to some extent -hopefully 2 out of the 3 can develop some moves and get to the passer. I think pace and moore also have played quite a bit of basketball (not in college - high school I think) and rice played briefly in that semi-pro league in philly (he did ..didn't he?)...since I have not seen pace or moore play I am reaching for characteristics that might be like simeon... King is kind of interesting because he is shorter, stronger - low to the ground type...maybe a good change of pace...who knows...just speculating..

Alot of it will depend on who can play special teams. That is one of their priorities this year. They will probably bring in a CB and DL so that's going to knock a couple of guys out.The guy i'm probably most down on is Stone. He hasn't really shown anything other than the ability to grow hair. That is surprisng because he was rated a 2nd rounder by most everybody but hasn't made an impact at all.
