At absolute worst, Kyler is 19th.

But by all indications he does seem firmly entrenched in that middle third doesn't he.
Maybe towards the top of the middle third because he has occasional holy crap plays/series/maybe quarters...
But it doesn't seem he will ever be consistent enough to settle into the top third.
