You would need to vote for Presidents who do not nominate Supreme Court justices like Roberts, Alito, Gorsuch or Kavanaugh to make this a reality.

Don't kid yourself. No one in Congress wants this and it would take Congress, not a president.

State and federal legislatures have passed campaign finance rules to attempt to curb the amount of money in elections and courts have struck some of these laws down as unconstitutional. The big one that comes to mind is the Citizens United ruling which was mostly decided by Republican appointed justices. I agree that both sides work to raise capital for campaigns. One side actively appoints judges who believe limiting the amount of money spent in an election unconstitutional.

They’re all the same. Everyone linked to Trump is horrible.

Anyone Dem candidate is better than Trump. Period.

But if Sanders wins the nomination and the presidency, I have a feeling he’ll look to remake the Dem party in much the same way Trump has.

Maybe I’m way off base here. But it looks like Sanders is just biding his time until he gets into the office.

Maybe so, but I certainly hope you’re not comparing what Bernie might do to what Trump has already done. Remember, there are children in immigration prison in Texas. No amount of fearmongering is going to change that.

My hope is Bernie will be trying to get healthcare for all and not get rid of it. Protecting the environment would be nice as well.
