The 2025 NFL draft has concluded, and the Miami Dolphins have added eight rookies to their roster. With several holes to fill, general manager Chris Grier was very selective and touched on almost every need he was expected to address.

How these rookies will perform in year one of their NFL careers will remain a mystery until this fall, but that won't stop the anticipation from building. While there is no foolproof way to predict how well young rookies will perform as pros, there are a few metrics often used to anticipate their potential. One of the most common is from Pro Football Focus, a site that grades players on every snap.
