I don’t know if any of these players are going to help the Packers OL problems but you have to praise GM Brian Gutekunst for doing whatever he can to fix this OL problem. The three newest members of the Packers offensive: Kevin Zeitler, Laken Tomlison and Mekhi Becton Sr. Got some from practice squads and unsigned free agents but all are experienced vets.

I just wish the Cards had a GM that was proactive. GM Monti has done nothing to fix our defense and it is one of the worst. It's frustrating to see GMs thought the NFL trying to improve their team while we doing nothing to address the issues. Can't believe that I wish we still had GM Keim.

I don't think guard has been that big of an issue and I'd rather just play younger guys.

Zeitler, Tomlinson, and Becton are one couchs for a reason.

Minimally it sends a message to the players and throughout the organization that losing is not acceptable.

Breaking: The Cowboys are trading for Steelers cornerback Joey Porter Jr., first reported by The Ringer and confirmed by
@CameronWolfe
and
@toddarcher
.The Cowboys are sending a 2027 sixth-round pick and a 2028 second-round pick.

The Cards certainly need help at CB and Porter would be a terrific acquisition. But Monti loves his draft picks even though his track record sucks on the draft. :bang:

Total clown take. Cam Thomas has been a fringe rotation player since he left.

Getting something for a fringe player is a good move.
I dunno. Few 7th round picks turn into fringe rotation players. Would you trade LJ Collier for a 7th right now?

That said, congrats to Cam for getting a second NFL contract and earning that pension.

It took Cam Thomas 5 years to basically be a fringe rotation player. Pointing that out as a "mistake" is digging quite deep when there are numerous bigger mistakes.

What are you talking about?
Monti isn’t passive.
Just look at this move he made here.

This is probably his career year and will never be duplicated and/or a small streak that could easily crash in a couple more weeks or so. We have seen thousands of players suddenly rise up and play well beyond their historical level. It could even be Lady Luck.

But that’s the problem. The Cardinals are perfectly happy losing. They still rake in tons of cash without having to actually do anything and they love it
While spending far, far less cash than they can. Hoarding cap space and creatively bad cap contracts sneakily bank more cash and Dollar Bill the roster.
