We have completed another week in the NFL offseason, and that means it is time to check in with the rest of the NFC West and see what is going on with the Arizona Cardinals' division rivals.

What is new with the San Francisco 49ers, Seattle Seahawks and Los Angeles Rams?

Below are a few stories from the last week about the Seahawks that Cardinals fans should know.

OTAs begin​


The Seahawks, like the Cardinals, started Phase 3 of the offseason program. They have nine practices.

Seahawks called least improved​


The Seahawks made several offseason moves. They traded Geno Smith and DK Metcalf and released Tyler Lockett. They signed Sam Darnold. With those moves, ESPN calls them the least improved team in the league.

Experienced rookies​


The Seahawks drafted 11 players. The 11 players logged nearly 23,000 college snaps. They have the most experienced rookie class in the league.

OTA position battles​


Like the Cardinals, the Seahawks have a few position battles during OTAs. These are the battles to know on offense. These are the battles to know on defense.

Zabel first pitch​


A tradition that is around the NFL in markets where there are NFL and MLB teams, Seahawks first-round pick Grey Zabel, an offensive lineman, threw out the first pitch at a Seattle Mariners game.
