Great returner. He's their JJ Nelson burner, but he's way better. Downside, is he's injury prone.

If by good, you mean a total middle of the pack WR, then you are correct. The Seahawks just paid him like a very good #2, not a middling receiver/return man.

Nearly 40 mil over 3 seasons is reserved for really good receivers. Hell RBs aren't getting close to that and I would argue all of the top backs are worth substantially more than Lockett.

There is no planet this is a good deal. He has averaged just 46 catches for 600 yards in 3 seasons despite starting half the games and playing in every other game. He has gotten worse every year.

Last year he was 83rd in catches and 73rd in yards. Oh and he is fast right? Yeah not so much. His average ypc is 133rd.

He scores a lot right? Nope 9 Receiving TDs compared to Nelson's 10 in the same 3 year span

They literally just paid 10 million a year for a guy who has never sniffed 700 yards receiving despite starting half the games in his career
