I dunno man. I know several guys who abused substances into their 80's
My favorite uncle drank a case of beer daily. Died at 84.

I'm 62, I rarely drink and have never even tried a recreational drug or smoked a cigarette, cigar, pot, etc.
However, I was sick most of May, June, and July this year. Spent three weeks with a catheter. It was a freakin' hoot.

Hope you're feeling better now. I was diagnosed with bladder cancer almost 2 years ago now. I underwent two surgery's. I had to wear a catheter for 4 to 5 days after surgery. I hated it. But I am cancer free now. So I guess it was worth it. Still having chemotherapy every three months though.
