OT Deebo Samuel is getting death threats from 49er fans

Deebo went on social media yesterday to tell fans to stop DMing him death threats and racial slurs. Said you are the same people that were cheering me a few weeks ago now you're sending me death threats and racial slurs. Just stop.

Apparently he's not exaggerating members of the 49ers staff have confirmed it. And to be clear I guarantee you this is happening to other guys.

Samuel did what kyler did and cleaned his social media up and the result was death threats!

I see nothing wrong with him generalizing. Likely if you're a Niners fan, you cheered him. Bottom line. His correlation makes total sense in the scope of the actions of a few despicable scum bags. Fan bases need to be called out when stuff liked this happens. Partially so those of us within those bases who have sense will call it out when it takes place. I would have no problem diming out a fellow Cards fan if this happened.

You do realize that regardless of their zip code they are in fact, the San Francisco Forty Niners.....right?

The populations are markedly different though. People in this area(I live a few blocks from the stadium) make fun of people who live in San Francisco, not the same people.

Now obviously some of their fans still live in SF but one of the reasons they moved was polling showed significant numbers of fans south of SF.

How many fans do you think the Niners have? To imply this represents a majority of the fans wanting him dead is ignorant. People can be sick but that is one hell of a generalization when I doubt the death threats even make up 1% of people who follow the franchise
