There does appear to be some progress here. But the the shot release is still too low.

Why in the hell are they teaching him to be so soft? Dunk the damn ball!

Personally I don't care if a player dunks or not as long as the ball goes in. There is a time and a place for everything.

That soft stuff isn't going to work in traffic. NBA defenses protect the rim.
Not if you are blowing past the center. Whatever, it's not like Oso doesn't try to dunk whenever he can.

I'd be happy if Oso developed a short measured push/hook jump shot away from the basket rather than doing anything cute further away.... where the range on the shot feels automatic for him, like he can hit it in the dark.

He didn't have this shot in his arsenal last season. It was take it all the way or nothing. This would help keep defenses from packing the paint.

Khaman Oso! You can do better than that. Don't put it in your pocket between catch and shoot. Where is Eddie Johnson right now? If he's on a beach somewhere or chillin in Italy then get a copy of his jump shot video on DVD.

i think it's going to be maluach to start (for the most part)

ott's keeping the competition going but oso will do his best work with our second string playing against other second string centers - i can see situations/match ups where oso starts but khaman - book's been praising manman - everybody's talking about manman's progress and leadership - all the signs are there

All my excitement this season surrounds Man Man and Fleming’s growth.

I think they'll both get a chance and if they prove to be quality players, it would be a huge relief.

I'd like to toss Peat into the mix but I don't see where he finds the minutes right now.

Sadly, if Man Man falls on his face it would seem rather ruinous for us, I don't know where we get another crack at a prospect of that level for a long while and our front court would be a disaster.

But, I have a bizarre sense that Man Man, is likely not going to a problem for the team and potentially be a huge boon.

No way Man Man falls on his face. Average will be his bottom

I have Maluach penciled in as our next superstar. But even if he makes it to that level, we'll still probably need to hit the jackpot with Fleming or some other young player to offset our lack of draft assets. To that end, it would help us a lot if we could turn Jalen into a plus situation, whether by development or trade. But I think he'll have to embrace the 6th man role for that to have even a remote chance.

I think Maluach will be a metrics star in terms of impact. In terms of dashboard stats and best case comp it’s hard to project. Maybe Rudy with the ability to stretch it on offense?

I really don't know what his ceiling is but if he even comes close to his potential, we're looking at something we've never seen (as Suns fans).

If Nash can teach Green to pass and keep the ball moving he would fit the starting rotaion.
