12 more dead. This was in Virginia Beach. Nuts are going to screw around and get the second A. Repealed or extremely limited.

opposite opinion: nuts are going to keep the second amendment EXACTLY the way it is, with no regulation whatsoever and keep getting people killed in our gun crazy culture that has no equal in any civilized country in the world.

Better donate to the NRA then!!! Sell a car if you have to.

Or, are they just funded by Russia only now?

One in which the country he lives in allows wackos to have guns that indiscriminately shoot up public places.

At least they don't allow smoking! That could be dangerous.

NRA is on the way to being a non factor. Losing money and in danger of losing part of its tax free status.

Not that it matters since people died but the Virginia Beach one once again proves every claim by the NRA and gun advocates about how if more people were armed etc this wouldn't happen was disproven again. Virginia is open carry, that building had no metal detectors so unless he walked in with weapons that are illegal like an automatic weapon, he could legally buy guns(he did) and legally walk into that building with them. As the grocery picture says, in what world do you need 2 guns to go pay an electric bill?

He was apparently a disgruntled ex employee who went and bought the guns legally years in advance of quitting his job the day of the shooting. This also by the way probably wouldn't have been avoided by any new gun control laws since he bought the guns in 2016 and 2018 well in advance so unless there was some red flags missed, even under gun control laws he would have been allowed to have the guns.

I don't know the policy at the company etc do they have access cards etc but he emailed his resignation Friday morning. Where I'm at I control the badges and I've been after HR since I started for being lax on notifying us of people leaving. Happened again this weekend the receptionist told me 2 employees had told her it was their last day so I set their badges to expire at 6pm that evening. I didn't get email from HR one of them until after I'd gone home, the other I still have not received. Both left voluntarily. I'm not saying they're coming back to shoot up the building but when an employee resigns in email that has to go to the right people immediately and the badge has to be turned off, and if you have security they need to know this guy no longer works here he can't just walk in, which this guy apparently did do, just walked in and started shooting.

He used a silencer and he came in at the absolute peak time when people would be getting ready to leave so everyone would be there and milling around, he clearly picked that time on purpose. But it didn't matter how many other people were armed, if not for the police shooting him many more would have died.
