3rd down D has been an issue all year

Our 3rd down defensive efficiency (39.60) was 12th in the League and a 7% improvement over last season.

7 teams with worst 3rd down efficiency are in the playoffs.

The Tennessee Titans, worst in the League (51.87) finished with an 11-5 record.

IMO, Kiff needs to go but I would go much further and clean house.

it's not rocket science if a team has an injured quarterback and his backup has only played a few snaps, you add a third quarterback for game day. And how Streveler become the number 2 quarterback over an experienced quarterback is suspect. This alone makes me what new coaching not to mention all the ridiculous penalties, poor time management and game planning.
