The Dodgers in seven. Since moving to Phoenix 38 years ago, I always root for the team from the West. And, looking ahead, the National League team. If the World Series is between a team from the NL East and AL West, National League it is.

I just want to see a g7 at Wrigley. With the way the NLDS ended it sucks Kershaw would only be able to start twice.

I cant stand the Doyers and I dont like Kershaw either, but that was quite the gutty performance last night. That jackhole can pitch.

Does this sum up the Cubs' offensive issues? Dexter, Fowler, Anthony Rizzo, Ben Zobrist, Addison Russell, Jason Heyward and David Ross in the postseason so far: 13 for 118 (.110), with 28 strikeouts. This is still an upbeat group, but Chris Coghlan said Monday: "We have to do better. And I think we ARE better. I think it just starts with confidence."

He Can’t Drink, but Julio Urias Is Starting in the Postseason
At 20 years 68 days old, the Los Angeles Dodgers’ Julio Urias will become the youngest starter in postseason history when he takes the mound against 37-year-old John Lackey and the Chicago Cubs on Wednesday night. Urias was just 16 when he made his debut with the Class A Great Lakes Loons after being signed by the Dodgers out of Mexico. He got the call-up from Oklahoma City in May and was 5-2 with 15 regular-season starts, earning the postseason slot.
