20 NFL teams started OTAs this week and this is a great opportunity to see many of the top players from the 2025 NFL draft in action. The 2025 draft class is absolutely loaded with future stars and this is especially true on offense. Of the 32 picks in the first round alone, 19 were dedicated to offense. We decided to make our first prediction for our NFL All-Rookie team as OTAs get underway and see how it evolves once training camp begins later in the summer and into the season.
Ward is not only the best quarterback in the draft but he is in the best position to come in and contribute early on a team with enough talent to help him out. The Titans loaded up their wide receiver room in the offseason and upgraded their offensive line to give Ward a great opportunity to win right away.
This was a tough decision and while we expect Ashton Jeanty to have a good season with the Las Vegas Raiders and Omarion Hampton with the Los Angeles Chargers, there's something about the fit of Johnson to the Pittsburgh Steelers run-heavy philosophy that just fits.
Despite all the fanfare coming in, Travis Hunter won't be asked to carry the Jaguars passing offense with Brian Thomas Jr. on the team. Thomas is WR1 for Jacksonville and this can only benefit Hunter as he takes advantage of mismatches in coverage and racks up some big plays.
It won't take long for Panthers quarterback Bryce Young to figure out the more he gets the football to McMillan, the better things will go. McMillan is a great pairing with Xavier Leggette and adds that dynamic downfield playmaker that Carolina has been lacking.
Bech gets the nod here despite being drafted after some bigger names simply due to opportunity. Where many of the top wide receivers went to teams with established starters, Bech heads to a Raiders team in dire need of a playmaker in the passing game aside from Brock Bowers.
The addition of quarterback Justin Fields completely changes what the Jets can do on offense and this gives Mason Taylor the best chance of any rookie tight end to pile up catches as Fields' safety valve in the passing game.
Back-to-back Jets here with Arman Membou. He was one of our favorites coming out of college and is plug-and-play at right tackle. Membou does a great job in space and with a quarterback who likes to move around, which will only help with Justin Fields running the offense.
Moments after the was picked, Will Campbell said he was ready to die to protect quarterback Drake Maye. If that isn't what you want from an elite offensive I don't know what is.
Getting Jackson at No. 24 was a huge bargain for the Vikings. He's such a powerful, athletic interior offensive lineman and plays with such a head about himself for the game, he just can't fail.
There are so many good guards in this draft, it was tough making this second pick but we love the fit of Zabel at left guard with the Seahawks scheme. He's going to be the guy Kenneth Walker wants to run behind.
We don't have any rookie centers projected to start right now so instead we opt for Jonah Savaiinaea who is already the best interior offensive lineman on the Dolphins.

Running back - Kaleb Johnson, Pittsburgh Steelers
