We have reached the end of another week in the NFL offseason, which means it is time to check in with the rest of the NFC West and see what has been going on with the Arizona Cardinals' division rivals.

What is there to know about the Seattle Seahawks?

Below are a few stories from the last week about the Niners that Cardinals fans should know.

Seahawks not looking to replace C Olu Oluwatimi

Oluwatimi was forced into a starting role as a rookie last year after Connor Williams' abrupt decision to retire. He struggled. However, he will enter the offseason as the Seahawks' starting center.

Seahawks want joint practices in camp

With a shortened preseason, joint training camp practices have become the norm around the league. The Seahawks not only want to have joint practices with one preseason opponent, they would like to have them one week at home and another on the road.

Big defensive goals

The Seahawks finished the season in 2024 12th in scoring defense. Head coach Miek Macdonald wants to see the team move into the top 10 in 2025.

2024 rookie class lacking in production

Some PFF rankings of the productivity of each team's rookie class in 2024 came out. While the Cardinals' rookies were ranked 12th, the Seahawks' rookies were ranked in the bottom five in production.

Mike Macdonald not seeking "tush push" ban
