OK...I was in Harrisburg, PA for a few weeks back in '94. WE were there for a training class for my old job. There was this bar that had all you could eat & all you could drink for $10.00.

This place hopped it had hundreds of people just drowning their days work at happy hour. I think I made it late every time we went to that place.
