New GM workload thoughts.

1) Hire HC with MB
2) Hire Coaches with HC and MB, deciding whether to keep some current coaches or not.
3) Look at Pro and College scouting departments and deliver what qualities they should look for. Also determine any changes needed in those departments.
4) Decide which players currently on the roster should be kept or signed or let go such as Zach Allen, Bryan Murphy, DHop. etc.

Notice I have not looked at Drafting players yet.
Hopefully, during interview process, has some ideas on what he wants to accomplish and how to go about it.
I'm sure there are more things for him to do prior to setting up the Draft.

Got to be realistic. Some things aren't going to get fully addressed this offseason.

1) set up office with some cool stuff
2) find the bathrooms and cafeteria
3) set your wallpaper on your new laptop and see if emails are working by sending your home account one
4) use the bathroom
5) set up an excel spreadsheet with a lot of information on it so you look busy
6) browse ASFN and Reddit until 5 pm
7) go home
