As previously reportedly, Kevin Durant will miss the game due to a left hamstring strain.

Well, no sympathies here, we'll be minus one of our forwards too. Jalen has been sent to the G League bubble.

The Nets shot 57.4% (27-47) from 3 point range against the Kings.

Kyrie Irving had 40 points and James Harden had 29.

Nets record is now 17-12.

I wonder if Deandre Ayton can do this to the Nets. Hassan Whiteside scored 26 points against the Nets.

Curious minds want to know if the Jazz, 23-5, ever lose another game.

They have won eight games in a row including beating the 76ers last night.

The Suns should win tonight as the Nets should be tired. I think they win by 10 or more.

Embiid sat with a bad back. Philly is a totally different beast when he sits.

Personally, I'm not too impressed with the Jazz. Each year a team that has played together for a bit starts hot and stays hot. usually that peak dies halfway through the year and they fall off.

Clarkson is playing out of his mind right now.

Kyrie’s efficiency is otherworldly this year.

Yeah and Harden, who has no idea what losing to Phoenix feels like, is only averaging something like a billion points a game against us. Kyrie is quicker than ever and Harden is playing smart, should be an easy victory for the Suns.

I think that the Jazz are for real although that doesn't mean they can get by a healthy Lakers team.

The Jazz lost Bojan Bogdanovic for the playoffs last season which hurt their cause.

Who does bridges guard tonight? Harden? Let Paul guard kyrie? Book on either Harris or Bruce brown? Maybe start smaller tonight (with frank back in bench)? Ayton should kill them if they play small like last night, but I suspect he won’t.

8:30 PM start time for a road east coast team is pretty brutal. NBA did them no favors with that time slot.

Tough matchups.

Kyrie/Harden vs Paul/Booker should be entertaining though.

Interesting, that both tandems average 29.5 years old.

And Kyrie is a kinda like younger version of CP3 while Book is a younger version of Harden.

Please, do not jump on me for all the differences. I know its not a perfect comparison.

Bridges will take harden or kyrie defensively. The nets play a small ball lineup, so we can give book and/or Paul a break on a Bruce brown or joe Harris.
