Fun Fact, if Ray Anderson would have fired Herm "for cause" when he found out about the recruiting violations, we probably wouldn't have Kenny Dillingham as our HC now. So this may just work out yet.

In hindsight though, it certainly seems like the "right thing" to do at the time was for Herm and AP et. al. to resign when their recruiting violations came to light, or for Anderson to dismiss them "for cause". We don't have all the facts, but they must have been trying to game the situation out, get to some kind of outcome that would be better for the players and the program. That didn't work. And we can see now that its best to take your medicine when it is needed, not after the fact.

Tough blow to the new coaching staff and the seniors. But if anyone can turn it into motivation and a positive, I think Dillingham can.

This is one unhappy camper.

If he was smart he’d use this incident to try to consolidate power to oust Ray Anderson and put an ally into that role.
How can Ray Anderson possibly still have his job? Does he have something on Crow? The football program fell apart due to his hires and under his watch. GET RID OF HIM!!!!

Another good summary of the disaster that Ray Anderson (and by extension, Michael Crow) has been...
