It does black out local market games. For example, I'm in the Phoenix Metro area and can not get Suns games through League Pass. I have access to all other games. Unless you're a big NBA fan, it may not be worth it.

Didn't want to see anyone sign up in hopes of getting Suns games if they're in the Arizona market.

If the Suns were actually entertaining I’d plunk down the 5 bucks for three free months. But having watched a couple games, they’re not even worth the effort for me to download the app and get 5 bucks.
