no idea what this team will look like this year but it won't be as frustrating

There seems to be a direction for the Suns, win or lose. Hopefully it plays out that way. This team will play hard all the time.

Watching the Cardinals, I don't feel that plan.

Kobe Brea got his first action and missed all his 3-point attempts. For his first professional game, I'm not too concerned.

I'm not either but it was a little disappointing while the Brooklyn third stringers were nailing theirs. If he had made one, we may have won. But the DDJ final foul is inexcusable. You can't foul a three point shooter on a final shot in a tied game. I'm sure he had a good talking to.

To me, that was an instant G-League assignment. This isn't the California Penal League, preseason or no. You don't foul a 3-point shooter with less than 5 seconds to go.
