"Meh" is how I feel, too. I am willing to give the benefit of the doubt that Monty can learn to be better in the post season, but the rope is getting awfully shorter after last year's flame out.

Monty is a good coach. We had a revolving door of coaches before that. You have to hang onto good coaches in this league. I have the same issues with him as many people but unless you are landing a big name coach? The Suns would be dumb to let him go. Besides, we all know these contracts do not mean he can't get fired if he continues to get bounced in the playoffs. So, this is not a big deal.
