Man, this guy really has his finger on the Cardinals' needs. I think this is an excellent draft. While I like Correa a lot...if Kevin Dodd is there, which in this draft he is, I would take him instead. I also would take S Keanu Neal, CB William Jackson III or DT Vernon Butler ahead of Correa. But---it's close.

As for the other picks (SS Killebrew, CB/PR Jones, C Blythe, P Hackett and DE Okwara)--I think they are spot on.

I agree Mitch and how this mock played out it screams why BASK should trade down from 29 if possible. I think a couple of the WR's went later then they are going to actually get drafted and I'd be shocked if Goff and Lynch last that long as well.

I was thinking the same thing about a trade down, Cardiac. I really haven't looked too closely at his other picks. It's much easier to draft when you know what the other picks are!

I just posted a Cardinals Mock on Draft Geek:

Arizona Cardinals

Trade: AZ trades #29 pick to DAL for #34 and #101 picks

Arizona Cardinals: S Keanu Neal, Florida
#34 pick.Allows the Honey Badger to roam.

Arizona Cardinals: CB Deiondre' Hall, Northern Iowa
#92 pick. Teammate of David Johnson who also has size and speed.

Arizona Cardinals: OLB Victor Ochi, Stony Brook
#101 pick. Small school edge rusher with quick feet.

Arizona Cardinals: DE/DT Adam Gotsis, Wake Forest
#128 pick. Torn ACL last October causes this talented inside pass rusher to be a 4th rounder.

Arizona Cardinals: WR Bralon Addison, Oregon
#167 pick. Could help in the return game and on STs

Arizona Cardinals: C Jack Allen, Mich. St.
#170 pick. Shorter than average, but strong and aggressive.

Arizona Cardinals: QB Jeff Driskel, LA Tech.
#205 pick. Has talent. Needs grooming.

there are 2 players we didnt hear too much in the last period,
correa and cook didnt garner much attention,i never heard their names about pre draft visits or private workout
usually this is a good signs for a playes cause normally shows there are not red flags.
i wont be shocked if both players will go higher then we thought

Man I don't know, the Cards haven't drafted very well in Rd 2 in years & that includes the Bask era.

I'm torn on what position I hope is BPA with our 1st pick. Either D-line, OLB or CB are my first choices. A C is next and then Safety.

I really hope they don't draft a QB this year since in essence Barkley is our 7th rd pick at the position. I'm hoping that all this QB talk from BASK is basically a big smoke screen.

They've made up for it with some pretty good 3rd, 4th and later round picks.

This is a pretty deep draft though. Chances are one or two of your top three choices will be there 10 picks into the 2nd this year.

That would be a good draft for Cards but the guy must be an obvious OSU fan. Michael Thomas to SF at 7 renders this mock insignificant.

If we only knew the draft would turn out that way. I would trade down and take Kevin Dodd and trade back into the second round and take Jaylon Smith

I'm with you Walter on taking Kevin Dodd over Correa. I do like the Cyrus Jones pick though. He is a very good punt returner.

I would rather have Correa over Dodd simply because Correa is 3 or 4

years younger. Dodd is going to be a 24 year old rookie I read somewhere.

Love it! Only thing you're missing is a CB unless they get one in FA.
