Technically, 30 pitchers if you include an appearance by Jose Herrera.

Of course Herrera has a lower ERA (0.00) than 27 of the 29 "pitchers"

Will getting swept at home by the Marlins be the final nail in Lovullo's coffin? Nah, he's here to the end of the season. I don't think he will be here much longer than that - particularly if the DBacks FO wants to be competitive in the NL West. Torey's had his chance - and he is still under .500 as a manager with no WS rings. Not exactly Hall of Fame material.
Well, Miami came in Phoenix after a sweep of the Giants. They’re playing extremely good baseball.
Nonetheless, as has been mentioned too many times here, our starters are not performing and our pen is far too injured, far too worn out and way sub-par talented…

So if Thomas is such a bad hitter, why wouldn't Torey pinch hit for him in the bottom of the ninth?
