You need to grow a pair. It’s time to stop the Coach Bro stuff.
Players need to be called out and advised about jobs being on the line.
Stop telling us how great so and so looks. Players seem a bit to comfortable.
we talk about the leadership we acquired this off season. Leadership starts with you. It’s not okay to support failure. Here’s another bit of advice. These players are not going to miss you when your gone.
As I see it you are approaching the NFL exit ramp.
Its time to get pissed off and turn up the heat.
That being said, it’s probably to late for that.

Sadly, I think KK might be a decent NFL O.C. The Cardinals have given him a lot of talent and leadership for THIS season. We'll see if it is enough to overcome his head coaching deficiencies. It is a tough row to hoe in the NFC West with the quality and rosters of the other three teams.
