Detroit Lions rookie wide receiver Isaac TeSlaa signed his rookie contract, the team announced Tuesday.

TeSlaa is the fifth of the Lions' seven 2025 draft picks to put pen to paper on a contract. Tyleik Williams and Tate Ratledge have yet to sign as of Tuesday afternoon. TeSlaa's deal is reportedly a four-year, $6.65 million agreement.

The former Arkansas Razorback is a Michigan native, growing up in Hudsonville and starting his career at Hillsdale College before transferring to Fayetteville's finest. TeSlaa said on draft night it's a dream to play for his hometown team.

“I don’t know if I have words now..." TeSlaa said after getting selected.

"It’s just an incredible feeling, and I’m just ready to go to work, get to the facility, and just put the work in."

The Lions traded up to draft TeSlaa in the third round of the draft despite not having a significant need at wide receiver. He posted on his Instagram account on Tuesday that he'll be appearing on the St. Brown Podcast with his new teammate Amon-Ra St. Brown on an episode to be released on Wednesday.
