To lower any chance of us winning another game & screwing up our draft position? That’s not obvious to you?
Does the risk of increasing our chances of winning another game and messing up our draft position outweigh the value of getting a talented rookie more reps especially when that rookie has already missed a lot of reps this season though?

I think we all legitimately need to be studied for science. It really doesn’t ale sense that so many people can still be so invested in a team that kicks them in the nuts 75% of the time and that some of us become so invested in a single player… eh… that part doesn’t even make a difference really.

All I know is @Ouchie-Z-Clown and his boys and my Dad and brother not Ouchie are all going to their first game together at home, in a totally meaningless game that we likely get killed in, since 2019 and I’m insanely jealous I don’t get to be part of the festivities. The team is about more than football. It’s about ritual. Friends. Family. And I’m drunk.

But I miss going to games, dearly. Since 1988, we’ve had seasons tickets, and if I’ve lived on the West coast, I’ve come home for at least 3 games a year with some combo of Dad, Mom, Brother Not Ouchie or @Ouchie. And thinking back today, because of COVID
And and My Mom’s cancer, I’ve missed an entire era of football, o my going to ONE Kyler game… his first, a tantalizing comeback against the Lions that ended in a 24-24 OT tie.

I just miss the games and everything that came with them with my family.

Here’s to losing tomorrow! (I’ve got 200 bucks in free bets against us).

Unless the Cards want to pay a ton to move up, winning a game and dropping is no longer critical. They likely end top 10 which gets them a premium RT. Round 2 might go WR, if that group is not too depleted. It’s a deep pool. Then IOL comes next unless they grab a QB. They could do both if they pick up an extra 3rd or better.

Why does anyone think if looking for a QB you will find one in third round? I know there are instances but look at the odds. For me it is like looking for a car to compete at Indy at the local used car lot. Especially the case if Gannon has to win next season.
