Here is Kyler giving up on a play. Didn't see any Raiders giving up and waiving him in.

We we're at that game. One of two that Kyler won when we were in attendance. The other was Jacksonville. Six losses in that time span.

I say this with all honesty. I'd rather just Murray be good. Truly, nothing would make me happier.

I could even settle for consistently average. A 7.2 YPA, 210 AYG, 90 passer rating etc etc.

But we don't have that, so it is what it is. People aren't slagging him off for kicks. He's been bad.

Sigh.. Understood.

And I joke around with you guys but I know the vast majority of people here would gladly get on board if Murray would give them half a chance. But right now he just can't seem to get out of his own way.

Are you positing Kyler doesn't give up on plays and lose yardage because of it? Because that would, Cotton, be a bold take indeed.
Nah, just showing that Trevor Lawrence and Kyler aren't that far off. He absolutely has given up on plays and that part of thr reason I'm ready to move on. That weird arse intentional grounding last week was probably the worse. Some are just making Trevor to be superior to Kyler and they are pretty identical in most all stats.

That post was in response to someone saying Trevor didn't give up unlike Kyler. The only reason Trevor kept going was because Chris Jones was standing around and waving him in to score.

The team stinks with or without Murray.

They're not likely to win Sunday, but since you're into hypotheticals, what would that say about Murray if they do?
That dude is an avid Murray hater/critic. He’s not saying that in defense of Murray.

I don't have either form of KDS (Kyler Derangement Syndrome OR Kyler Deification Syndrome). I've hoped the kid would come through as the No. 1 overall pick for 7 years now and, in my opinion, has not. Do I think he can be a late bloomer and end up having some renaissance in his later career? Sure, but chances are it won't be here. I think he got the bag here, even though he really didn't deserve it, and that works against him getting another at today's rate. Some team will take a flier on him, hell if Justin Fields can Kyler can.

So, bottom line, I believe he will be gone after next season at the latest. Then, it will be rinse and repeat for us Cardinal fans.

I’ve been said this was Kyler’s last season here, but this game is further cementing it.

Also, there is a convo to be had about how this offense flows better without Marv as well. The previous two TD drives looked the most efficient than when Marv was off the field.

This didn't age well- brissett actually making some clutch throws. Last time kyler was in a clutch moment near the red zone the ball hit him right in the face
After the first quarter that enthusiasm will be gone.

Thankfully Brissett isn’t a turnover machine but we might see the most conservative offense you will ever see.

You can close this thread now.

A super banged up team took the 4-1 Colts to the wire on the road and looked the best on offense all year.

The conversation is over.
That high point pass to Wilson on the final drive was something we’ve never seen from Kyler. I think we need to refrain from judging any of these receivers until we have a different QB.
