Ok guys, enough of that. Too many reasonable and well thought out takes and reflections in this thread. Let's get back to bashing Kyler

Nope. Pretty sure people like me and K9 used to defend Cam Newton against the usual race-haters here. And we bashed guys like D Wash unmercifully while others tried to spin his obviously disgusting beating of his baby's Mom.

why you can't just say "Kyler is really stupid to be rocking dog-killer gear in front of pit-bulls" is beyond me, but if you want to stoke racial tension over Kyler, it wouldn't be the first or I'm guessing, sadly the last time.

I’m probably a little biased since I watched dude since his HS & College journey.

Inconsistent play frustrates me, but I really don’t find Kyler or any player unlikable if they don’t do any of the vile things I listed on the previous page.

I will admit, I am a sucker for the "rah rah" QB over the "sullen" QB.

If I am going to put myself in the shoes of a current black QB, I am feeling like Michael Vick is one of my idols as a player. Could Kyler have worn a Randall Cunningham or Warren Moon (one of my favorites) jersey? Sure. Maybe a Texas Vince Young (but can you do that as a Sooner?). Steve McNair? Culpepper? McNabb?

While it may not be a good look, there aren't as many options as people may think.

Man he can wear what he wants. Taking a picture and posting it to the ‘gram shows lack of self-awareness. Same with the green pantsuit. Same with the CoD endorsement to show the haters and then going into the tank when CoD comes out.

Wearing the jersey isn’t the issue itself… repping it with the type of dog MIKE VICK REGULARLY KILLED in the picture is the issue.

I don't understand the thought process or the decision daves, and it's incredibly bad optics.

Everything else we know about K1 says that's he's a pretty good dude though.

If people condemn the choice of attire, fine, I do to. But if we're assessing his character, let's also consider all of his actions besides this one. That's all I'm asking.
