I've no idea why you think you should be policing what other people say and "calling people out" on things at all, never mind repeatedly.
I give you credit, Brit. You at least talk about the team overall.

I think you misunderstood. I'm nauseated that Kyler's all "nope, not gonna do sneaks again." Suck it up, buttercup!
Dawg, he was agreeing with you. He was being sarcastic about Kyler’s response as if Kyler is the only one that happens to.

Yeah man, as D said I was agreeing. I thought that was a terrible look.

Firstly, that was game 6 on 2019 and I find it hard to believe there was no 1 yard gains required in the previous 5 games that a QB might normally sneak for. Feels like he had to be talked into doing it even vs the Falcons.

And then when he did he was like "Nope. I knew I was right in not doing it before. Not doing that again".

Never heard of any QB refusing to sneak. That's a huge part of any QB's game. Now we have to telegraph it by bringing in a backup QB.

I mean, have you considered he threw more screens here and less screens at the Commanders exactly because of the QB?

Or that they didn't have the players for it and that's why they brought in Deebo?

I mean, have you considered he literally ran nearly the same offense at Texas Tech. He relied on bubble screens there, he relied on shot gun and perhaps worse of all he relied on WR lining up in the exact same spots time and time over again w the same 2-4 routes on every play. Precisely what he did here with Hopkins. I’ve posted the comparison at least 3 times of Hopkins route trees here compared to Davante, Tyreke while he was in AZ. It was beyond comical.

He literally thought we were the UNLV Running Rebels and were going to tire NFL defenses out and catch the off guard. NFL is to athletic, too conditioned and wayyyy too smart for this. That’s why they could press coverage us so often as they knew the exact 2-4 routes and the exact player lining up against them.

Try not to always be hater, these are obvious proven points.

The world in which his own QB said he was

Ya Brit - what in the world else is he suppose to say? If I was given a borderline #3 WR knowing no new talent was coming in… I’d try to pump him up as well. These are some really embarrassingly bad takes by you

Weird to think he's suddenly changed then. Pick a lane.

It's almost as if you just imagined a narrative that fits your bias.

Why's he not saying Greg Dorth or Zay Jones are 1000 yard receivers then? Or like any other WR he ever had?

Seems really reticent about it here... Maybe he's just a super good liar?

Patrick Mahomes doesn’t sneak anymore. Kyler comes up with weird stuff to discuss. Real low self-awareness.

If we ever get to the stage where we're like "Kyler is way too valuable to our super bowl ambitions, we shouldn't sneak him any more" I'll be really happy for him not to sneak.

This is funny though

I think its a near certainty that Kyler was immature and entitled in the 2019 / 2020 time frame. It didnt help that he didnt respect Kliff or Keim. the sneak thing is evidence of that.

I also think that he either woke up or somebody got to him and he has matured significantly. It helps that he respects JG.

I was worried this thread wouldnt hit 200 pages by the time the season started -- amazing it blew it away by nearly 20 pages when pretty much 0 new information has come out.

I believe @Chopper0080 and @Shane are the most neutral and fair when discussing and analyzing Kyler Murray.

One side praises Kyler too much when he doesn’t deserve it.

Other side comes in for sarcastic remarks, jokes, or just shuts anyone down that comes in with Kyler praise.
I agree with this post 100%.

I believe him. Wilson has the talent to be a #3 pass catcher.

Or he’s just pumping up his guy. Did you ever see the clip where Cam Ward is streaming and Chat asks him who the best WRs in the NFL are and he said Chase, Jefferson, Calvin Ridley and Treylon Burks?

lol, Burks. But then Ward has been in the league 5 minutes and the best WR he played with was UDFA Xavier Restrepo.

Kyler is in year 7 and has been around Larry, Nuk, AJ Green, Kirk etc. Do we think he looks unenthusiastic about Mike in this video? Do we really think that he doesn't believe what he's saying?

He had 44 yards a game in the Josh Dobbs season, that's a 750 track if he played all games. He has good hands and good feet, I think he's easily a 1000 yard receiver.

The problem is that he's the 3rd receiving option with a QB that doesn't get past his 1st read 80% of the time, and only gets passed read 2 about 5% of the time. And who doesn't adjust his reads based on what he sees pre snap. How confident do we feel about Mike getting the ball if the play isn't designed to go to him?

I'm hoping he plays a lot more slot this year because Kyler is kinda ass with outside receivers.

I don’t think he’s been “around” those guys in any meaningful sense aside from Kirk. We’ve covered this ground already.

If you give Wilson 125 targets in a season, maybe he gets 1000 yards. Why would anyone do that, though? He could only actually get 550 yards as the #1 WR on a 3-14 team and about the same as the #2 WR on a 8-9 team.

Many people expected him to make the leap last season and he turned in a wet fart.

Weird to think (and more so see with anyone’s real eyes), that someone fired from their job regulated to an OC college demotion and then hired back to the big leagues for a second chance would not make any changes that lost their job in the first place?

Man, these are some really sad weird takes.
