Hold onto the ball, Murray!
This could be a post about Kyler in recent years lol Hey Stan, the hypocrisy is absolutely stunning. With all those garbage time stats.
And interceptions! And quick 3 and outs! And blow out losses !!

When is the last time Kyler had garbage time stats like JB?This could be a post about Kyler in recent years lol Hey Stan, the hypocrisy is absolutely stunning.
Read read my response and please point where I said I would never talk about him again. My God people are desperate. You just don’t wanna be reminded of possibly we let go of a good quarterback because we’re a crap franchise. So you'll never post about Kyler again? Time will tell.
Just to be clear: before it was the organisation that failed Kyler and now it is suddenly Jacoby's fault that we look absolutely lost out there? Do people really think that we are a top 15-20 QB away from competing with anyone in our division?
Like seriously who the hell trusts this FO and coaching staff to pick and develop a QB?This.
I don't get "let's part ways with K1 and fire BBQ or Kirk Cousins out there for 17 games in 2026 to make the team better" strategy.
If we're all in on drafting a QB and building around him, fine. But that's the only legitimate path forward to really solving the QB1 issue.
And nice work by the front office and coaches handling the QB1 situation this year. Very impressive.
Kyler just didn't want to be a backup. We know Kyler was practicing before the Dallas game and it was leaked that he was expected to be available to play.
Then, he goes on IR. Which is the worst possible thing to happen if you have made the decision to move on from Kyler and hope for a trade. If they decided to trade him, then they should've played him. Just like Gannon said they were going to. Kyler would have played like he has the rest of his career, a middle of the pack passer and an above average runner. Maybe he would've gotten hurt again, who knows. But, we would almost certainly have more leverage for a trade than we do know.
Whatever happened in the two to three days from Gannon being at the podium after the Dallas win to Brissett being named the starter and Kyler going on IR is why this team went completely south. At least in my mind, the time line fits with the team quitting on Gannon and the rest of his staff.
Just my .02 cents.
Not bringing Kyler back to start was incredibly stupid. We werent going anywhere with Jacoby, and our only chance of reviving Kyler value would be for him to play.We know Kyler was practicing before the Dallas game and it was leaked that he was expected to be available to play.

just my 2 cents... gannon f'd up big time when he said brissett would start regardless (of whether kyler was healthy or not)We know Kyler was practicing before the Dallas game and it was leaked that he was expected to be available to play.

I posted this in another thread but also can be here.
In the end K1 carried JG and its not debatable.

gannon is the freakin master at not answering questions - but then goes and destroys his relationship with kyler in one sentence? along with kyler's trade value?
all gannon had to say was brissett would continue to start until kyler was 100 - it all would have played out differently
even if gannon didn't mean it and gannon says ish he doesn't mean all the time
while we're at it - i don't think it was a slip - i think gannon wasn't happy with kyler on that specific day - maybe kyler refused to be a back up or play "in a limited role" - maybe not - we'll never know - but i know gannon sunk murray's battleship the second he said regardless
This is revionist history. It totally ignores that with or without Kyler in year 1 and 2 we were able to run the ball at will. That and the O-line under Adams is what carried Petz/Gannon. The second that struggled, the offense fell apart immediately this season and the only reason we got two wins early is because of a soft schedule.Yes Kyler has carried Petzing / Gannon but he has not carried them enough.
Fair or not, the expectations are a winning record when you take a QB #1 and he counts for 19% of your total cap.
He is simultaneously not the problem and may do fine in a different situation. He just isn't successful enough in this situation
Are you going to continue following the Cardinals or follow Kyler’s career path.K1 would absolutely have more wins and it is statistically proven out.
Keep coping though.
I said when JG went to JB he would be fired. So far that prediction is right on schedule.
Stout, Kyler had so many of these garbage time stats it was sickening. This could be a post about Kyler in recent years lol Hey Stan, the hypocrisy is absolutely stunning.
They appear to be Kyler stans rather than Cardinals fans, so...Are you going to continue following the Cardinals or follow Kyler’s career path.
So you are questioning our fandom? They appear to be Kyler stans rather than Cardinals fans, so...
I don't think that would be directed at you. You've obviously been around long before Kyler and will be here long after he's gone.So you are questioning our fandom?
Hmmm
Against site rules - but you know that
I have been accused by many of being a Kyler stans, and so have other long-time posters.I don't think that would be directed at you. You've obviously been around long before Kyler and will be here long after he's gone.
It reminds me of the Warner days. Several new newbies popped up with Warner as part of their screen names. They all said they were cardinal fans though. After warner left so did they. Time will tell.
I am talking about who the comment was directed towards and maybe one other. All they ever do here is talk about Kyler. No other players at all. Just 24/7 Kyler. I hope they find a nice new shiny message board once Kyler is gone.I have been accused by many of being a Kyler stans, and so have other long-time posters.
Either way, against the rules, which as a "Super Moderator" BIM should know
Zero push back on this.Yes Kyler has carried Petzing / Gannon but he has not carried them enough.

Such lazy posting by KDS Crew. They appear to be Kyler stans rather than Cardinals fans, so...
burrow's jockstrapZero push back on this.
He is not a top QB but even Mahomes and Burrow are struggling carrying their teams this season. Burrow would come here and be out after 3 games. Dude is made of glass.
