how long until that finacially doable trade date
He's not a horrible trade today, but he's only $18 million in dead money if we trade him on day 1 of the new business year. We save $35 million in cap space too. If we end up with a top pick and go QB, then were in great shape with JB on the books for $6 million next year.

The debate is over. Move him now ideally, or in the offseason.
Hope you read my last post which is about 4 post before your post.. The elephant in the room is: Who are you going to bring in at QB that can fix this organization? Was a fan of the JG hire but starting to think that hiring an east coast defensive coach as head coach may not match the NFC west ( West coast offenses ) playing style.

I will go on record saying if we trade K1 he will go on to have a phenomenal career. This toxic organization is a cancer. And I’m not excusing any of his faults, but he is a supremely talented player (more gifted than Baker, Darnold and Danny Dimes) and a competent staff will turn him into a superstar. Watch.

Admit that you thought Baker Mayfield was washed when he was playing linebacker for the scout team in Carolina lol

Or admit that you thought Darnold was a bust when he was seeing ghosts for the Jets?

And there’s no way you thought Danny “I don’t make good decisions” Jones was a starting qb in this league. I can admit I was wrong about all those guys!

You don’t go from being the best qb in the history of Texas high school football and winning the Heisman in college and being rookie of the year in the NFL to suddenly not knowing how to play football….Coaching is everything.

Those QBs had skills, but were flawed

With KM the entire offense has to be built around him

Without him being able or willing to learn to read a defense the odds are really long

Go ahead and hang your hat on him

To me his future is dim unless he takes a deep look inside makes the commitment to be the best he can be

If not it's just playground ball over and over

Yeah there’s definitely a world where he never becomes elite. I just truly believe the second he’s under a coach like Reid or Shanahan or McVay the sky will be the limit for him.

Nahhhh #1 he will never be under a coach like that. #2 his physical limitations aren’t changing no matter who’s coaching. Not mention The shell shock he suffers from.

Not without him doing the things he needs to do to succeed

Those coaches won't sit by and wait for him

Only losers will celebrate this as a victory.
602 you mentioned you were a business owner...I lived in Phoenix for 50 years and there was a Men's Big and Tall store. Do you own a rival business called Men's Short and Small store...maybe Kyler is getting those way too long shorts from you?

I apologize for this and deserve the ban

Kyler doesn’t have the arm strength nor is willing to take hits. I do think he’s a tad handcuffed by this offense and not having a real #1 WR since DHop.

Why would you get banned for this?

It’s kind of funny.

Those shorts are terrible but he’s a millennial.

Well I’m guessing we’ll be finding out soon enough. This team seems destined to be blown up.
It absolutely will be blown up again and MO will also be fired eventually.

He won’t find a QB because he has zero idea what to look for.

His arm strength is fine and he will be fine in another system with a winning organization. We will be stuck watching another crap team.

I would not be surprised, but he isnt going to do it here. So it's better for both parties to split up.
