Kyle Larson ran into Ryan Blaney causing Blaney to crash near the end of Stage 2 in the Illinois NASCAR race on Sept. 7.
Larson and Blaney were racing for fifth place at the time of the crash at World Wide Technology Raceway. Blaney was clearly upset on his radio after the crash.
The crash came on Turn 3 with only six laps to go in the stage.
Larson, coming from behind on the inside, made contact with the left rear of Blaney's No. 12 Ford, which sent Blaney spinning on the track.
Larson finished in fourth place in the stage.
Bubba Wallace won the stage, his fourth stage win of the season. Brad Keselowski was second in Stage 2. Joey Logano finished third.
