Just throwing this one out there. He revamped that Cowboys offense. Our offense lost physicality and OL play as a whole with him gone. Familiarity with a lot of the roster and the organization is always a plus. I think keeping Rallis in this scenario is a possibility too. I know nobody could be happy with the defensive (or offensive or special teams or team as a whole) production this year but injuries are a real thing.

I don't hate it. He has coached every offensive position.

He was the BIGGEST reason why we couldn’t run the ball this year. And that was before there were injuries on the offensive side of the ball. This would be a very good hire. The dude is 42 & would bring back toughness to a team that obviously lacked it last year. If the Cowboys had ANY kind of defense, they were a championship caliber team.

Wish we could bring him in as OC...but I think there are better options for HC

But we could do a lot worse
I have NO IDEA how he would as a HC, but he might turn out as a vg HC. Like Johnathan Gannon, he has been successful as a Coordinator.
