If one looks as a whole at teams, most drafts do no field more than three guys that stick with a team (I think like one year only one minimal guy stuck on the Patriots who had multiple picks)... the part which indicts Keim is his mishandling of first round picks where you are not only looking for starters but difference makers

I don't want this guy near this football team come off season.

After K1 and K2, Keim is not going anywhere yet. JMHO. VJ, not sure they will fire him after 1 season, hope they do.

I’m excited for the offseason too. Keim created this cap space. Mike B is going to let him shoot his shot.

It all boils down to identifying, signing and developing talent, and letting the odds work in your favor to assemble and organize the best group of players possible.

Starting with the departure of BA, we let a lot of talented players "escape" the desert without bringing in replacements equal in ability. Our roster today isn't as good as our roster a few years ago.

For that reason, I have trouble trusting SK regardless of what he says or promises.

Conundrum lies in there being no guarantee that new people - no matter the hype they may receive - will do any better (In fact they could do even worse).

Agree. People want him gone but it’s pretty obvious that MB is onboard with all of these decisions. If the team is playing the same next year a change is probably going to happen.

No confidence in this man. Less confidence in ownership if they retain him.

If we can get Dupree and Littleton in FA for the defense we would have arguably the best LB corp in the league. Jones, Hicks, Littleton and Dupree would be awesome. Add a dynamic DE in the draft and walla, we’d have a defense.
The draft will help but we need to fill major holes with experience. We can’t wait for draft choices to develop and waste Murray’s rookie contract.

No thanks on Dupree. I'm not sinking big money into a guy like him.

Watching Lorenzo Alexander make plays for Buffalo with the C on his jersey pisses me off. Thanks Keim. Bills paying him 3 mil per year.

First year with over 6 sacks. Not a ton of TFLs. Not a leader. Gonna command huge money.

Hopefully his plan is to get drunk in Old Town and update his LinkedIn.
