Jens Lookes contract with the Arizona Coyotes has been terminated

The Coyotes have terminated Jens Lööke’s contract and he has returned to play for Timrå IK in Sweden to further his development. I will have more on this and other items in a notes column this weekend. The Coyotes chose Lööke in the 2015 draft (No. 83).

To clarify, Lööke is on unconditional waivers. Assuming he clears, the contract will be terminated Saturday.

Jens Lööke has cleared waivers. His contract with the Coyotes will be terminated. He will return to play for Timrå IK in Sweden.
