Jamir Miller could play OLB or possible DE.

Should the Cards try to mend the fense with him and pick him up?

Would he even consider an offer from Arizona?

I still think his agent screwed him. Held out from more from the Cards and lost as the Cards found a simuliar player (Fredrickson) and signed him instead.

Jamir's been injured lately. Maybe a reasonable offer with incentives if he stays heallthy?

I don't think that is even a thought Graves would consider.

I am reserved to the fact that we will be starting a d-line where the most years in the league = R.Davis.

One of those inevitable questions you knew someone would bring up during the off-season.

Obstacles -

1. Attitude

2. Character

3. Burned bridges.

Otherwise - a decent idea. But "nah gah happen."

I must be forgetting something about Jamir? I remember an emerging defensive star who played hurt and made huge plays at critical times during big games. He signed for less $$ than the Cards were offering for the opportunity to rush the passer more.

How does that translate into poor attitude or lack of character? Did he ever slam the Cardinal organization? Am I missing something?

And we need more LBs and DEs........ We don't need another OLB, and I'm not convinced he's a DE. Not to mention the greed, drugs, attitude, past etc........

He wanted "Ray Lewis money" and basically got into a grudge match with the organization, as you said signing in Cleveland for less. That bridge has been burned for a while. And yes, there was open exchange with Jamir and the organization because he felt he deserved more than AZ gave him (questioned the plummer contract), then signed for less than we offered.

I asked Rod Graves if we had any interest in Jamir Miller and he said yes, but not strong interest.

I read someplace that Cleveland wants him back as a situational pass rusher.
