I think he’s better than Banjo but still nothing special from what I’ve seen. I remember him getting torched by every TE we played last year and being one of the main reasons we drafted Simmons. Good tackler but I don’t see any playmaker ability.

Obviously glad he’s back but I really would like to see what Deonte can do

Cmon you act like our safeties are supposed to be playmakers. We pay them top dollar to be tacklers and nothing much more (Budda: 2 sacks, 2ints, 4 passes defensed, 1 forced fumble, 0 fumble recoveries, not really living up to highest paid safety contract just signed).

He does have good ballhawking abilities.
