The Arizona Cardinals face the Green Bay Packers in Week 7, kicking off from State Farm Stadium at 4:25 p.m. ET (1:25 p.m. Arizona time). Among the many players on their final injury report who are listed as questionable to play is quarterback Kyler Murray.
Murray suffered a foot sprain in Week 5 against the Tennessee Titans, although he finished the game. He missed the Cardinals' 31-27 road loss to the Indianapolis Colts in Week 6 after only getting limited practice reps on Friday of that week.
This past week, he was a limited participant all three days of practice and is listed as questionable to play.
Multiple reports say that Murray is expected to miss his second straight game. Jacoby Brissett will start for the Cardinals against the Packers. Kedon Slovis will back him up.
ESPN's Adam Schefter reported Sunday morning that Murray expects to return in Week 9 when the Cardinals face the Dallas Cowboys on the road on Monday Night Football.
After their game against the Packers, the Cardinals will have their bye week. Murray will have had three weeks to recover, missing two games.
