Exeter boss Steve Salvin says he is relishing the return of Ireland forward Dorothy Wall.

The 25-year-old is among the replacements for Exeter in their Premiership Women's Rugby meeting with Harlequins.

Wall has not played since rupturing her Achilles tendon during the Six Nations and missed this year's World Cup.

"It would be a fair comment to say Dorothy was certainly amongst our top three players last season," head coach Salvin told BBC Radio Devon.

"She's a phenomenal player, very, very driven, a fantastic ball carrier, loves to belt people defensively, fully invested in her set piece development and has been fully invested in her recovery as well.

"She's done such a good job, she's ahead of schedule and that is down to how hard she's worked.

"But even while she's not been fit to play, she's still had a huge influence on the playing group because of how she's gone about her recovery, and that's probably influenced other players' behaviour because of how hard she's gone out on that side of things.

"But she's also played a really significant role in terms of preparation for games, particularly around the set piece."
