No they don't. We're not going to stop selling arms to an allied country simply because another country doesn't like it and we certainly would not do so as a precondition to talks about the Iranian's ballistic missile program.

I don't know if any deal with the Iranians is possible during the Trump administration, unless he completely caves. By pulling out of the deal, Trump has shows that America cannot be trusted to live up to its agreements and obligations. Therefore, every agreement and obligation is up for grabs with a new administration.

I dont think it is like a consumer drone with a remote control. its more of a full fledged aircraft controlled via computer. I am sure it has communication instruments that report back to the command center.

Actually the military expert they had on CNN just now said the US drone the Iranians shot down was almost an unmanned lear jet, and the Iranian drone we shot down "was more like something you buy at Radio shack." He actually agreed with the move though he said you can't tell whether a drone like that is doing filming, or packed with explosives to hit a ship.

FYI Iran has taken TWO ships today one British and one Liberian in the Straits, this is going to escalate, very scary with Trump in charge

Bad news involving the Brits. If anyone can get the US involved, it’s them.

His withdrawal from the nuclear treaty is a microcosm of how Trump conducts politics, and illustrates how dangerous his foreign policies truly are.

First, he declares a stated policy as "bad." He gives few reasons why he thinks the policy is bad, instead preferring general political attacks against said policy.

Second, he changes the policy, or in this case, stops complying with the treaty over the objection of every other ally. Trump has no plan B (or plan A for that matter); he simply dislikes the policy for whatever reason and trashes it.

Third, Trump attempts to negotiate a new policy. If he requires the assent of others (the Norks, Iran, NATO, China, etc.), he is rebuffed and cannot get a new policy in place. If he has the authority to issue a new policy (i.e. by executive order or by regulation authority), then he puts in a half-baked idea usually drafted by those who really don't know how the process works.

During this entire time, Trump ignores experts who have built up decades of experience in these matters.

At the end of the day, we are left with either poor policies or no policies (or treaties) whatsoever. Our relationships with our allies are damaged, and our relationships with neutral and hostile governments are damaged as well. Meanwhile, Trump whistles past the graveyard while boldly proclaiming that said bad policy is now "fixed." But to anyone who actually spends more than two iotas of effort to understand what's going on, it's apparent that it's just another lie at worst, or pure intentional ignorance at best.

It will take decades to determine the true impact of Trump's policies. I suspect history will not be kind to him.
