For the second season in a row, the Indiana Pacers have advanced past the first round. Last season, the Pacers beat their rival, the New York Knicks, in the second round, and this season they will go to battle with the best team in the Eastern Conference, the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Indiana went 3-1 against the Cavs in the regular season, although two of those contests were in the final week, when standings were already set in stone and starters were mostly given the night off.

In tonight's contest, there will be no unnecessary rest for the stars on either team, and fans can tune into a fast-paced game full of creative offense.

Keep it posted to All Pacers for all the latest news, ranging from odds (via FanDuel), injury reports for both teams and TV information.

The Pacers will be heavy underdogs in this series, and as the old adage goes, "a series doesn't start until you lose a game at home." The Pacers will certainly have their hands full down low with both Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen, meaning Pascal Siakam might have to size up a position.

Andrew Nembhard's defense on Donovan Mitchell will also be critical to the Pacers' chances of winning.
