Reports are out that law enforcement is now revealing star Alabama freshman Brandon Miller was directly involved in the alleged murder committed by teammate Darius Miles! Miller reportedly got a text from Miles asking him to bring a gun, Miller showed up, said "the heat is in the hat", and "there's one in the head" meaning the gun was loaded.

Miller's car windshield was struck twice during the shooting. Jaden Bradley another player was present at the shooting.

Miles reportedly killed Jamae Jonaeh Harris, 23 was killed in the shooting.

Reports are not only were Miller and Bradley present, Miller brought the gun to the scene where the shooting took place, but that head coach Nate Oates and his staff have been aware of this all along but only kicked Darius Miles off the team. Miller and Bradley have not been suspended at all, Miller is the top freshman in the country and a nationa POY candidate.

Alabama is currently projected as the #1 overall seed in the tournament but the assumption would be that Oates is going to be under fire to suspend those 2 kids if they were present at the scene.

Also now being reported Miller used his car to block the exit of the shooting victim. Alabama authorities say they never arrested Miller because "we had nothing to charge him with." Their claim is he handed the gun to another person who handed it to Miles so even if he knew Miller intended to use the gun to harm someone, he's not an accomplice because he handed it to someone else first. note, that someone else, Michael "Buzz" Davis is also charged in the crime but apparently Miles pulled the trigger.

Head coach Nate Oats clearly is concerned about the severity of it as he said "wrong spot at the wrong time" and that Miller had never been in trouble before and you can't watch the kids all the time.

Talk about win at all costs mentality. UCLA suspended 3 players for an entire season for stealing sunglasses in China not that long ago, Alabama yeah kids will be kids in a murder case.

UCLA isn't the only ticket in CA like the University of Alabama is to that state. They are just now starting to become relevant in another sport that football and I'm sure people in power with go to great lengths to keep the Tide rolling, even looking the other way while a star player commits a crime.
