The Cardinals are signing CB David Amerson, former 2nd-round pick out of NC State, to a one-year deal. Amerson has played 5 years, appearing in 68 games (56 starts) with 251 tackles, 8 interceptions & 63 pass breakups. He’s played for Wash & Oak and was cut by KC this preseason.

and Leonard Johnson, who has been on five teams since 2012. Also added offensive lineman Rick Leonard to the practice squad

CB David Amerson is a former second-round pick who received a 4-year, $34M deal from the Raiders in 2016. He was released by Oakland in February and cut by the Chiefs this preseason.
