Diana is 35. I'm glad she will now be conserving her strength for the Mighty Mercury.

I am hoping that she, Brittney and DeWanna can lead the team to a few more seasons of excellence.

'Ain't too many pro teams in Phoenix who are in that position.

Taurasi recently left her Russian team, in part due to injury, and returned to the United States. She and Taylor were not immediately available for comment.
