My wife has gotten into an accident in every car we have ever owned. Either with another car or an inanimate object, at least she's consistant

You are not allowed to post an "I went driving for the first time" post after the fact.

For the sake of all Phoenix residents, please let us know what roads you will be on in advance so we can avoid them.

I was gonna say the same thing. Almost hitting a car and running up the curb is not "doing pretty good," lol.

    Wrong.

I have NEVER been in an accident and having been driving for 18 years. That said, I will probably be killed on McDowell tomorrow on the way to work.

Nasser, just pay attention and take it easy.

Nah, he's alright, but it's good that none of the other little kiddies went in front of the car. :)

Some free advice for you (take it for what its worth). Signal for everything. Signal first and then check to see if there is room and if there is then you can move over. Just remember that all a signal is doing is asking the other cars for permission to merge. Sometimes the answer is going to be no. Don't force the issue.

    Now for bad advise...

Get a faster car and accelerate through the gap. Works every time and besides, they can't catch you.

    Edit:
    Do not listen to me!!!

I'm not one for regulations...but I wish the City of Phoenix, and surrounding areas, would limit Highway/Freeway driving until the motorist is 18.

I hate that I'd be restricting responsible, teenage drivers' access to public roads...but unfortuantely the few irresponsible ones, at that rate of speed, are too dangerous to leave on the road.

Too bad for the teenagers...like everything else, wreckless teenage driving is a result of lazy parenting. I hate it when I see mom and dad but a car for Jr, and maintain the insurance.

They don't take personal responsibility that way.

I took it easy, cuz if I woulda wrecked my beautiful Plymouth Horizon...it woulda been back to bike riding for me. I had friends that totalled two and three cars though, and mom and dad just kept buying new ones.

Always use your turn signals, especially when changing lanes.
