For the most part, the Carolina Panthers received high marks for their first-round selection of wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan on Thursday night.

But did they continue to ace the 2025 NFL draft through the second and third rounds on Friday?

Well, the Panthers themselves would probably tell you that they did. Day 2 saw the team double-dip off a pair of trade-ups—landing edge rushers Nic Scourton at the 51st overall pick and Princely Umanmielen at the 77th overall pick.
