I have listed fair trade offers, each one based on the Cards accepting the one previous. Check off how far down you would accept trading down to. Each one obviously gives us more picks while lowering our 1st pick further down the draft. If you aren't in favor of the first offer, then all the others are obviously null and void. (All trades designed to be equal in value based on Value Charts)

Results of each offer:
Rejecting all offers leaves us total of: 1 R1, 1 R2, 1 R3

Accepting Ravens leaves us total of: 1 R1, 2 R2s, 1 R3

Accepting Giants leaves us total of: 3 R2s, 1 R3, 1 R4
Accepting Jets leaves us total of: 3 R2s, 1 R3, 1 R4

Accepting Rams leaves us total of: 3 R2s, 3 R3s
Accepting Wash leaves us total of: 3 R2s, 2 R3s, 1 R4

Accepting Chiefs leaves us total of: 3 R2s, 3 R3s, 1 R4

I think those trades short change us.

For the Ravens to move that far up in round 1 would cost more than their #27 and #60. Even on the trade value chart it's 40 points short and it you want to move up you got to overpay.

I'd want their #27 and #60 plus next years 2nd round pick.

Giants is about on the money points wise but again, if they want to get back into round 1 they have to overpay and I'd want a 2022 4th too. Same with Jets, it would take their 2nd and 3rd, not the 4th.

It would depend what the FO prioritize. CB is shallower than EDGE. If they want a CB they need to stay at #16. If they want Edge than #27 should be fine.

Maybe your chart is different, but I could see that Ravens should have included at least their 4th round pick also. That would have bee n a few points over the cards 16th pick worth a value of 1000.

Who is to say who wants to move up more than the other team wanting to drop down. We will pretend in this example that Cards were praying for a way to get out of that pick. It might just have been the best of several offers they fielded. Imagine that for this fun exercise, if it helps.

As always, it'll depend on what we do in FA & who's on the board when we draft at 16. If the guy we want & need is there @ 16, I'm never in favor of trading out of the spot.

I’m rarely in favor of trading back unless you can fleece someone. The plus side is you acquire more picks which increases your chances of hitting on players. Downside is Keim.

Cards 16th is 1000 points
Ravens is 660 + 300 is 40 points short ...

BritCard is right that would be a "FIRE KEIM!" trade from the get go.

Ravens to move up have at least to overpay by 5-10% at least, if there is no one else that wants to trade.

So basically we are looking at 1050-1100 value.

Raven have a R1 660 points a R2 300 points and now are missing 90-140 points. And that is a 2022 2nd rounder.

Basically your trade would only make sense in the CAVOA value system, but that is blalantly undervaluing early draft picks and overvaluing late draft picks.

If you trade from 16 down you better get at least 1050 value back or even more else you don't do it.

On the other hand, you can find a star or a bust on any pick from 1 to 255+

I think in order to determine if I would make the trades or not, I would need to see a reasonable mock draft so we would know which players might be available at the time...

Well I assume these are draft day trades so can someone tell me who these teams are trading up to get? It's easy to go to the point value chart but if it's a QB these teams are after it's going to cost them even more. To Nick's point who are we trading down to get?
